Really good customer service .
The air conditioning in our Junior Suite was malfunctioning. Even after requesting assistance multiple times, the staff failed to resolve the issue. To make matters worse, we found ants crawling in our luggage and were met with indifference when informed, as they dismissed it as a common problem without offering any compensation.

I liked amazing and beautiful location of this property.
Location: the hotel was adjacent to very good cafe and food service, other beaches, and a wonderful restaurant. The rooms were modern and fancy with modern equipment, bathroom, as for instance.

This wasn't what I expected, Good or Bad?
Their warm hospitality and attentiveness. The beachfront views during breakfast were fine.
Despite the charm, I encountered issues with hot water inconsistency and found the nearby dining options quite limited, which became frustrating .

Beautiful Pool View, But Connectivity Issues
The view from our Double Room was fine, especially while sipping cocktails by the pool. The lack of WiFi made it hard to navigate the area. Be prepared with your transport options! Utilize the nearby restaurants for local delights.

The beach was fine, and having easy access to Elia Beach was a huge plus for the family. The spacious Junior Suite was perfect for us, and the kids enjoyed the pool area a lot.
My kids wished for a bit more variety in the breakfast options.

This was a great match for a brief visit in Mykonos with good value considering the price it charged. The air conditioning was not the best, but the pool area was nice and clean. Plan to arrive early for better choices at breakfast.

I loved the beautiful design of the resort. The colors and architecture were fine. The staff were friendly, always smiling and eager to help. They never once said 'no' to any of my requests. The beach access was fantastic, too. I enjoyed lounging on the sunbeds and taking morning strolls by the water. I had some issues with the air conditioning in my room. It didn't cool well, and even after I reported it, there was no follow-up. I found it uncomfortable to sleep in a hot room. Plus, we encountered a big problem with ants. They were all over my daughter's suitcase, and the staff seemed indifferent to the issue, claiming they had a known ant problem. I expected better for the amount we paid. While the amenities were decent, especially the gym and spa, the lack of Wi-Fi was frustrating, too. It felt disconnected having no internet . Despite these setbacks, the overall experience at the resort had its charms, especially with the gorgeous scenery and lovely staff.
